Chris leads the global People function at Containerchain, focusing on employee development, engagement, driving performance and aligning the organisation's people strategy with its business direction.
Chris is an internationally experienced Human Resources professional with over 12 years’ experience. He has performed HR leadership roles across multiple countries, cultures, and industrial jurisdictions, with specialisation in generalist operations, de/mergers, organisational capability and change management.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Social Science, a Graduate Certificate in Business (HRM), and is a Certified Professional Member of AHRI.
